My philosophy

My name is Emily, and I’m here to assist you on the journey of spiritual awareness and emotional healing!

Through my own journey of healing from chronic back pain and depression, I have come to believe that all forms of suffering share a common root—suppressing our true selves. This world causes us to restrict ourselves based on the programming we have absorbed throughout our lives. We suppress our emotions and our authentic self-expression in order to be loved and accepted, and to avoid pain. When we do this, we cut ourselves off from our higher selves and internal guidance. We begin to believe that we ARE our negative and fearful thoughts, limiting beliefs, and patterns of emotional suffering. We forget the truth—that we are spiritual beings having human experiences. We are the powerful creators of our reality and limitless in our potential.

Reiki as a healing modality helps put us back in touch with our spiritual selves by transmitting an energy of pure life-force and unconditional love. It helps to transmute energetic blockages in our bodies which hold suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs, allowing relief from physical and emotional suffering.

  • 45 minutes of energy healing, incorporating crystal and sound healing. 45 minute tarot session for intuitive guidance which can be personalized for general life advice, or tailored to a situation or relationship.

  • This reading can be catered to specific questions you have at this time, or I can simply allow my intuition to guide the session! Includes messages from your spiritual team, objective guidance from your higher-self, and a look at any blind-spots you need to become aware of. For this option, designate at least an hour, but I am flexible to make sure that all the guidance is integrated!
